Excessive Summer Heat Gain

We hope that every one in New Zealand is enjoying the nice WARM SUMMER.

If your house feels like an oven, we can specify some modifications to your house and surroundings.

Excessive heat gain can be eliminated or much reduced by modifications, that rely on PASSIVE COOLING means that you have no running or maintenance costs. The modifications also can reduce your energy consumption in the winter.

If you enjoy water sports, Wanaka is a great place to build.

We have a very strong Yacht Club in Wanaka and on Thursday evenings they have their races.

We will give you good honest advise on any questions that you have about building in and around Wanaka and have good local knowledge to help you select some land to build on.
