Winter , Wanaka Winter !

Winter, Wanaka Winter, Wonderful Winter . . .

Specially when you live in a well designed and warm home.


With my family having been in the Wanaka area for generations, we have a good Local Knowledge of many microclimates in the Lake Wanaka and surrounding areas.

You can be Snowboarding in Cardrona, Skiing in Treble Cone, Cross Country Skiing at the Snow Farm or Ice-Skating at Diamond Lake and only a short distance away Kowhai and Manuka trees can be in flower at Glendhu Bay.

Great Lake Wanaka Scenery

Lake Wanaka is one of the most beautiful parts of New Zealand.
It’s a great place to build your house and it is a good investment as there is never a shortage of people wanting to live here.
In the area there are plenty of walks to suit your needs from an hour or so to multi day walks.
